Letras Diferentes provides text conversion tools, utility pages, and related guides. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the site, how third-party services may operate, and how you can contact us with privacy questions.

2. Text conversion and on-device processing

Most text conversion on Letras Diferentes happens in your browser. In normal use, the text you enter is transformed locally on your device so you can copy, paste, or export it.

• You do not need to create an account to use the core tools.
• We do not require you to submit your text for ordinary copy-and-paste conversions.
• Normal use of the converter is different from optional feedback or style-submission features described below.

3. Optional style submissions

Some pages include a feature that lets users submit styled text suggestions for review. If you choose to use that feature, your submission is sent to our server and stored so we can review suggested styles, prevent duplicates, and reduce abuse.

We currently use Supabase to store these style submissions. This server-side collection applies only when you actively submit a style suggestion, not when you simply use the regular text-conversion tools.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general site usage, such as page views, device and browser information, approximate geographic trends, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve page quality, prioritize useful guides, and identify broken or underperforming pages.

Google Analytics may use cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers, or similar technologies according to Google's own policies. Shared converter text is removed from the page URL before analytics is initialized, and our Analytics configuration reports the page path without query parameters or fragments.

5. Advertising

We may display advertising, including Google AdSense, on some pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers because ads are served on this site. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites.

6. Contact and support messages

If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address, message content, and any technical details you choose to share. We use that information only to respond, troubleshoot issues, or review feedback and feature requests.

We aim to limit the amount of personal information we handle directly. Information sent through analytics or third-party services is governed in part by those providers' own practices. We take reasonable steps to protect direct support communications and site operations, but no online service can promise absolute security.

You can choose not to contact us, limit what you include in support emails or optional style submissions, avoid entering personal information into converter fields, block or manage cookies through your browser settings, and review Google's analytics and advertising controls where available.
